Presence is a private and intimate, six-seat chef’s table in the Colorado Rockies, where every course is served on hand-thrown ceramics made in the same studio where the menu is conceived. Pottery and cuisine come from the same hands, fused into a single art form. Presence is about attention; to materials, to terroir, to flavor, and to the people gathered around our table.
